Exhorboront prices. £2 for an hour ...Don't bother going near the place now prefer to tube it into Westfield ..More choice

Parked overnight and was stung by extortionate prices. None of the nearby or accessible ticket machines were working so had to drive aimlessly around the car park to find them. In this time my stay had just gone over 24 hours so was forced to pay £40 (2X overnight rate) to leave. Spoke to an employee over the tannoy system who was not particularly helpful. Was told I could call the next day between 9-6 (not on weekends) to speak to management. Called number in the hope of leaving a voicemail as I work and those hours are not convenient. Phone was answered by another unhelpful employee who rudely hung up the phone while I was mid sentence. I will be avoiding at all costs in future. £40 would have been the cost of getting a parking ticket.

Blatant money making tactic to close early, obviously condoned by management

Jun 18, 2018

So we parked our car in the car park early afternoon not knowing about closure time or the fact the side gates outside would be shut too so NO WAY OF GETTING OUR CAR OUT went for lovely meal at Turtle bay and then decided as fathers day treat go to see Jurassic World in Empire cinema. Unfortunately from a lovely fathers day ended so not well as upon returning to the car park like others found it closed . I had to call the security only to be told come back Monday morning after 6.30am !!!! My husband my child and myself luckily had our oyster pass so we could travel by bus but this is not the point . How can Walthamstow council get this so wrong I know I'm not the only one . They have restaurants and cinema but unless u want to use public transport or go early then no way getting there. It's ridiculous. Need to open like other car parks or have security on site .

I parked my car at around 5pm too go to the Empire Cinema wiv my wife 2 daughter's an God Son. The movie finished at 8pm. The whole car park was locked including the roller shutters as,so no access to my car via the mall or selbourne walk. I didn't notice any early closures to this car park and was told by security I'll have to come back at 06:30am the next day. I had no choice n had to get home on public transport wiv my family. No oyster or bus pass jus a debit card. I suppose I'll be liable for the overnite charge as the bank hoilday closing hours wasn't displayed clearly enough for me to see. Why is this mall not 24 hours like Wood green shopping city, its the same company. Will keep u guys posted of the out come.

Yesterday I parked my car at 7pm, and made sure I am back before 10 pm, actually was 9.35 pm, but the car park was already closed and I needed to take taxi to drive me home and all the inconvenience around this.I am expecting to pay the overnight stay, which is so unfair!

May 9, 2017

today at 9.30 pm the parking was already close, as I have my car parked there from around 8, was expecting to get my car before 10( the normal closure time, but I found it already closed. obviously, I'll have to get my car back tomorrow morning, but that also means I have to pay the overnight charge even if it is not my fault. shame!

Parking by White Hart Lane

There is little parking at the stadium itself or in nearby streets. On-street parking in the controlled zone (CPZ) for all non-residents is forbidden, with the exception of mobility impaired motorists who have a valid Blue Badge parking permit. In addition, there are several towaway zones directly around the ground.

If matchdays are Monday to Friday, the CPZ will operate from 5pm to 8.30pm. For Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, it will be in place from noon to 4.30pm.

Further information can be found on the Tottenham Hotspur FC website.

The Football Ground Guide website offers the following tip:

- If you arrive around midday, you can park at the local schools which are very easy to find. For £5 you can park until 6pm which is ample time to get back to the car after an afternoon match.
