Hi one small detail to know after first time enter reg plate to system need to sign out too or expire the time automatically

Totally agree with you all, this happened to me when I was driving through Kingsbury with my mum and she saw ALDI and was like please let me buy a few things as we do not live in Kingsbury. Few weeks later I received a parking notice for spending 30mins at the car park for a car park that gives 1hr30mins free parking only because I did not enter my reg on a system. I called up ALDI custermer service and they cancelled it straight away.

Avoid Aldi Kingsbury at all cost, unless you take a bus. The car park run by Parking Eye are rip off merchants. Even if you put in your reg no if it doesnt register you get a fine. When you appeal to them and send your shopping receipt it is not accepted. They are trying to impress their clients but Aldi will be the losers in the long run, not Parking Eye.

Don't park your car the it is not give full info about parking car the. I was shopping in aldi I spend 70£ and I tape car plate and now I need pay fine they are thieves signage doesn't work!!!!!!!

Poor signage and Aldi checkouts should remind if you have parked and entered your number plate. This shows no customer centricity and it’s only a money making plot. What goes around will Come back to you Aldi and parking eye!

The car park isn't signed well. We didn't know we had to register there. We stayed for few minutes and now we have to pay £40 penalty.

Its annoying that its a car park you have to enter car registration plate details on a machine in the store which isnt sign posted well. The parking company are reasonable and fair though if you get a penalty notice. Just make sure you appeal it and send them your receipt or if you paid by card for shopping then just send them a screenshot of the transaction on your bank statement and they will cancel the penalty notice. Thats what they did with me. Also explain it was a genuine mistake and you are a loyal aldi customer.

Just got a fine of 70£ for parking in the there for 1.5 hours. It doesn't tell you anywhere that you have to sign here or that you pay for parking. Very unfair

Scammers!!! No proper signage. I went there for the first time. Took half to get in the car park, parked for 40 mins. Did a quick shop and & ended up with a £70 fine. Every other supermarket car park is free for shoppers! Don’t go here! Aldi, sort out your signage !!!!!!!

just park the car go in the shop and type the reg nr in the digital tablet ..near to bagging area,type the nr when you arrive or when you finish the shoping..is simply

Rubbish car park with no visible instructions on how the car park operates they charge people with a penalty. There is no point of buying anything from them.

I shopped there too last week I parked my car for 29 minutes only and this week I received penalty. So is not free parking for shoppers as every other shop. At 1.1/2 hr free than ?I will definitely not going there shopping at Aldi anymore

Even though we registered our car still we got fine letter. We did shopping there as well. We just sent an email and it will be replied within 2 weeks. Hope so they will agree.

As an Aldi customer it’s free only for 90 min, it’s not enough while you shopping. Otherwise it’s ok.

Parking eye are a con and are rip off merchants. I've been sent a parking fine for £70 and asked to send in proof of purchase to appeal the fine. I sent in several proofs of purchase and received a letter back stating that this is not satisfactory evidence. However, Parking eye have not asked for any further supporting evidence of a specific nature, so how am I to send in evidence if I am not being told WHY I'm being fined. Furthermore there is no contact number to call to discuss the fine or parking rules and regulations with a human being. There is no number at all. All part of the con. They are con artists that plot to extort money from the shoppers. This has completely put me off shopping at Aldi and I'll be taking my custom elsewhere in future. I'd rather pay the prices at Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys than risk getting a £70 fine for no reason each time I do a food shop at Aldi. Aldi's parking system is a trap for customer. They are running the car park on different rules compared to other supermarket.If you enter Aldi, you must register your registration numbers in the store. Other wise you will get parking fine.People hardly knows about it, and frequently get caught. The system in unfair and in reasonable. If the registration number to be registered, Aldi should have installed metal barrier at the entrance.This system should be abolished.

Don't forget to pop into the store to key in your registration number to avoid paying Parking Eye for the privilege.
