Parking 2 hrs ridiculous £40 fine paid won't go there for food and shopping again

I looked online and it clearly states that there is three hour parking limit. I’ve been fined for staying for 2and a half hours. WWW.tellasda.com never responds to my complaint You can not get to speak to a customer support person. Everything is automated. Its a dreadful service.
