Ridiculous prices for Belfast Met students, not even a discount… parked in it once and never again, disgrace

Shocking parking prices!!! Nearly £100 a month for a student. These prices need to change!!!!

Ridiculous pricing and no discount rates for students. Not being from Belfast myself so will be driving in. Will be studying 3 full days a week. 18 a quid a week on parking. 72 a month. Millfield is half the price! Absolute disgrace! I know Belfast met doesn't own the car park. More must be done to support those who drive in!

Parked on level -1 in underground carpark at approx. 5.40pm on 20th August 2021 as going for dinner at Titanic Hotel. Returned at approx 8.30pm. paid the £5.00 charge and headed to the exit. Shocked to find it was locked. Buzzed for help - no answer. Had to send passenger back to hotel to find out how we could get out. There were other people experiencing the same issue - unable to leave carpark. After about 20 mins and return of passenger - info that there is an exit on floor -2. There was no signage about this, no indication whatsoever that there was another exit and how to exit after floor -1 has closed exit. Also there was no phone signal. Found floor -2 and drove towards exit. By now our ticket did not work and had to return to pay another £1 adding insult to injury. Wasted at least 30 mins on the whole debacle. What a mess! Whoever runs this carpark - sort it out and add some clear information and signage. Absolutely shabby and a disgrace. - A very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

A shambles after the Titanic Proms last night. Take a look at your own CCTV. Dear knows when the backlog was cleared. The security person had absolutely no backup and there were a lot of angry people. I will never use this park ever again and hope other people don’t either.

Parked my car here while attending Proms in the Park. Long delay while waiting to pay and then further long delays while queuing to get to the exit barrier. System then requested further payment when eventually arrived at the barrier. Not impressed. Payment system did not appear to be fit for purpose. Also the the carpark charges listed on this website are out of date.

Just to let everyone know there is an older man that does not let my child into the carpark but when she turns to leave he let's others behind her in. There are others that do let her in without a problem but he does not. I don't know why, but may be something to do with the R plates she has up. He even went as far as to block of the entrances when she wanted to leave. If he does it again I will be going down to speak with him about it, hope he has a real good reason. Does anyone know how to complain about something like this. Apparently he has turned others away that still have their R plates up, nothing but a jobsworths.

Parking In Belfast City Hospital

Try the private surface car park in Utility Street, just off Donegall Road, beside the Carnegie Library Building and opposite the City Hospital Train Station.

Rates from 0.75p per hour and payable by mobile using Parkmobile, the same as the DSD on street parking in Belfast.

Use the Parkmobile App for added convenience!

The car park is Parkmobile Zone 2999.

Short walk to City Hospital using the Donegall Road entrances.

Cheaper than the City Hospital on site car parks and just as close as the multi storey.
