Paid for a 2hour stay and the machine printed out 1 hour, returned 15 minutes over the hour and received a ticket. Car park is a joke people enter from the wrong direction to avoid massive pot holes. Cheek to make people pay to park there.

Awful, paid £5 for 12 hours only used 4 hours. Recieved letter for fine. Emailed them proof of payment, no response Recieved and now a letter threatening court action. Who can you report this to?

Stood in the rain for 10 mins to get the machine to work. Machine eventually charged me £1.50. Very dark and hard to see. Paid and now have a £100 fine. Th fine stated “overstayed” when they “undercharged”. Awful car park.

Zero stars if we could. Husband took my daughter for her theory test and took cash for the machine. It was out of order. Now received a fine for their facilities not being operational. Appealing to POPLA now. Car park rejected appeal straight away claiming there were online ways to pay. Not good enough. If you provide a cash service it should be working. Mostly the online payment facilities are more expensive and not everyone is able to do that. I hope the appeal is upheld in our favour. We would be happy to pay the cost of the parking due on the day (cash amount only though) if they had only just admitted they were at fault as not having a machine working. I think it's in their favour to have it out of order to earn more money through online sales or fines. Rip off merchants.

I took a disabled (Blue BadgeHolder)neighbour to Ayr recently. Before leaving I Googled 'Disabled Parking Ayr.' The Ayrshire Roads Alliance (council) website advised that all Pay and display Parking is free in East and South Ayrshire. Carparkmaps.co.uk states that Blue badge holders are free in Boswell Park Car Park. As it was the nearest car park to Boots the Chemist (our destination) I parked and placed the blue badge on my front panel. Now I have been issued with a £60 penalty and my appeal was rejected in minutes. Even quicker than the 1 hour and 2 minutes it took to get to Boots and back. Disgusting!!!

Do not use this car park. The unavoidable potholes caused damage to my car on the way in. I bought a ticket out of courtesy but stayed with my vehicle until I sought advice on driving as had a young child in the car. Got a fine of £60 which I appealed and haven’t heard back. Now getting reminders and threats of court action. They have cameras on entry and exit and obtained my details from DVLA.

Got a fine through the post after paying cash. No ticket although entered registration and machine took the money. No clear way to appeal, told I was too late to get POPLA as they never advised of this. Sent to debt collectors and threatened with court action

Paid £5.00 months ago via my credit card which would have covered my parking. Yesterday received a letter from the company who monitor parking saying I have a £100 fine. It was a courtesy car i was driving so they had actually went to the hire company to get my name and address. I checked my bank statement and called them. They said 'oh yes I can see it here now you have paid. .. Just ignore the fine '. Are you kidding me! They should double check the system before sending out fines and possible debt collectors for unpaid fines. The council need to look into this. Scammers!

Scammers. Don't pay these fines as are legally are not enforceable. Workflow Dynamics are obtaining unjustified sums of money using bullying tactics.

Went to Ayr for the day. Used this car park and payed £5 which it said covered the day. Now got a letter with a fine. Fortunately the transaction for payment is on my bank statement and they provided date and time of transaction. This would really seem to be a scam right enough. Will follow others and report this.

My wife parked here for 4 hour, paid at the machine with a card, the machine printed out the incorrect reg plate but she didn't notice as the machine was playing up. Got a demand for £100, she appealed but they never answered her, she wasn't given a reference number for a popla appeal, just sent a letter from debt collectors. The dodgy machine, the zero communication are all done on purpose to scam people.

Visited on a Saturday and paid for 12 hour ticket, was unable to return to pick up the car until the following day. As parking is free on Sunday and there was no attendant, I wrongly assumed that the car park was not in operation. Turns out this carpark is operational 24 hours and they demanded £100 (obviously won't be paying that amount). Avoid. Park anywhere but here.

Paid for 3 hours by card (as it is the only method available). The money was taken out of my account but no ticket? Then have the cheek to issue a £100 fine. No chance. Highly suggest this scam of a company fix their ticket machine!

Visited on 6/1/2021 and paid for one hour by cash. Ticket displayed inside car. Today a demand for sixty pounds was sent to me by post. Details obtained by fraud from DVLA, which I will report to the Information Commissioner's Office. This company are involved in outright fraud. Car park totally unsafe and full of potholes. Nice scam run by them and South Ayrshire Council. No wonder Ayr Town Centre is run down, boarded up and people are choosing to go elsewhere. Private land that was built by public taxpayers money??

Visited Ayr town centre just after Christmas. Paid one pound for an hour, and returned within 50 minutes and left. Today I got a demand for a fine of sixty pounds, despite having paid. My personal details obtained from the DVLA by fraud. Won't be paying a penny. Nice wee scam being run between Workflow Dynamics and South Ayrshire Council. No wonder the Town Centre is tired and worn out. Car park is totally unsafe and full of potholes. Will be speaking to the media on Monday. Will be issuing the company legal paperwork and demanding compensation and a full apology. A full on scam that needs reported to Police Scotland. Will be making a complaint to the Information Commissioner's office too.

Received a fine notice for £100. Parking 29.11.21. Paid for three hours by card. Photo and personal details allegedly given by dvla for driving off after 2 hours 25 mins. Company have broken data protection by getting personal details under false pretences. Also no fine applicable given time they specified. They need shut down.

Have yous recently take this car park over. The previous company went bankrupt apparently. I received a ticket on my car but no prior notice has been put up to let drivers know that it has been taken over by eccosse parking.

Parking attendant approached young woman this morning as she was walking over to get change for car park being very abusive and shouting at the girl she was clearly upset. This Is disgusting behaviour for one of your employees at 5.50am I was going to work so couldn't even ask the young girl if shed be alright
