Unfortunately I am unable to give 0 stars. Paid in machine on departure as advised by the restaurant where we ate (great food by the way). Parking machine told me I owed £1, which I duly paid. Subsequently I received a parking fine as they say there is no record of my payment. I provided proof of said payment, but apparently we stayed more than 2 hours. The machine has deliberately misled me into paying £1 in order that they can issue a fine. This is fraud. Also there are no disabled spaces in this car park - this is a legal requirement under the Equality Act.

First time using the car park. Went to the 1086 bar for 1 and a half hours, lovely place. Could not see any signs as it was dark. Won’t be going back to the mills now after this as feel completely conned by the parking fine!

Having had a lovely meal in 1086 Bar to then get a £100 (£60 if paid emmidiately) fine is a bitter pill to swallow. I don't understand how it's a £1 for 2 Hrs or £100/60 if you don't pay. I always bottom my car on the hump as you go in as it's been badly done a little while back. This will really put me off using the Mill again. I didn't even think that you'd have to pay after 6pm mid-week, maybe at the weekend i could understand or if you aren't using any of the businesses that are there but they should offer free parking if you are using the local businesses that are there.

Daylight robbery! Lack of signage and no lighting so any parking instructions impossible to see. I went for a meal -I arrived just before 21:00 so it was pitch black and got £100 fine. Ive searched online and see that people are taking this Company to court because of fines

Ocean parking who run the car park like to fine you even with a ticket - check their other reviews. Avoid this car park. I had a valid ticket and because their machine did not record my entire registration number they have sent me a £100 fine and refused my appeal!
