Avoid if possible, especially if you are looking for diabled parking. As a new user of a blue badge, this is the only car park I know of that charges for blue badge holders! Disgraceful.

Do not park here paid for parking and still got fined. How they operate is disgusting

No disabled spaces for blue badge holders, and blue badge holders still have to pay. First time I’ve ever come across this.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. PAYED FOR 4hours, stayed for 3 and received a parking ticket for £100. People need to be aware of this car park and avoid at all cost.

Parked for 3 hours 46 minutes and paid £6 to cover 4 hours but just received £100 parking charge notice. Be very careful and keep evidence of parking fee paid!!

Paid £3 to park for 2 hours! I was 1 hour and 44 minutes. Money was taken from my bank, so definitely paid, but have just received a fine for £100 for not paying. Don’t park here!!

French coach party arriving yesterday were denied entrance as they had not pre booked - they did not know this requirement as they had stopped there in pre pandemic visits. They were inexplicably shouted at by a very aggressive woman attendant who physically chased them off the premises. So 50 tourists did not get to visit the lovely area.

Carpark itself is in a good location for visiting BOTW and plenty of spaces. I was charged twice for parking though with no-way to contact customer services.

Paid a visit to this coach park with a coach party, after paying for coach parking whilest the machine next to the machine i used was having a new card reader fitted, i noticed on my bank statement that i had been charged twice for parking, tried to contact bourton vale car and coach parling limited a number of times during the day, only to get a phone message and a rude one at that saying, no one around to take your call and yoi can't leave a message, so it looks like they have hot an extra £20 and they don't care who they rop off to get it.

Appallingly small spaces with rip off charges. My car received lovely big dent while parked there. Thanks to the person or organisation who designed this place for maximum profit. Avoid if you can.

Read the payment meter very carefully, paid £6 for parking and found out , I had put in the incorrect details and paid for 1 hour parking for a coach

Stayed at this car park for approximately 3 hours after paying for an all day stay costing £10. But i tried to hand my still valid ticket to someone else and got very rudely shouted at by an attendant in a very loud and unprofessional voice telling me not to do it as it's not allowed. Spoilt my day out and made me feel awful. For God sake don't try and help anyone out otherwise you will feel there rath.
