Easy to find parking and close to several venues. Good lighting

Good location for Innside Hotel. Doesn’t seem particularly secure - nothing to prevent anyone entering at any time. Didn’t see any cameras in the main parking area and appears to be unmanned. ANPR system useless, spent 15 mins on hold to NCP and wasted 30m scouring their website for help. When I enter my registration no. on their website to try to pay it says there is nothing to pay, but I’m sure if I leave it, it will become my fault and I’ll receive some intimidating parking fine notice.

Paid and then Parked here on the 27th December through the Just Park app and followed the in app instructions upon arrival. A week later I received a letter from NCP accusing me of parking without payment and demanding a £100 fine for my ‘crime’ or £60 if I pay within 14 days so I had to spend the better part of a day uploading my parking receipt from JustPark. All I asked was for a simple apology and instead they sent me a no-reply email saying I should read the terms and conditions to avoid charges but conveniently they dropped the charge against me .. what a surprise. Plain and simple they try to intimidate people into paying fines by offering cheaper fines if you pay ASAP, it’s a scam. Faceless, devious and arrogant.

Decent, secure car park, if expensive, and spaces are narrow. However, major flaw is that lift has been out of order since new owners took over in late 2015 - anyone in a wheelchair , with a pram or who can not climb a five-storey staircase will be unable to access the top level, which is the only way of exiting into the Capital Building and into Old Hall St for the Passport Office. Not sure is this is legal because of disabled access rights.

Used for late night parking 28.5.16. Carpark attendant unprofessional and rude. I booked on line, followed the instructions provided but the attendant seemed to think otherwise and shouted at me & my passengers.Totally out of order and also incorrect.

Secure Parking took over this place and the service improved a 100%. No more paying on exit, a new APRN system and the option to book my parking online is great! Thank you Secure Parking for improving the car park!

More expensive than it used to be but still a good car park.

Visited Sat 06/12/14 and disappointed to find that weekend parking is charged at the Mon_Fri rate, so my 4 hour stay cost £7.50 (previously it would have been £3.20). There is a cheaper covered car park opposite advertising all day parking on Sat for £3.50

Parking in Liverpool

Car parking in the city of Liverpool is hassle free as there are numerous parking facilities available in and around the city centre.

Liverpool City Council operates two types of parking facilities in the city centre:

- Street 'pay and display' bays.
- Off-street 'pay and display' bays.

There are over 1500 on-street parking spaces in the city centre which operate on a 'pay and display' basis. The charge hours are 8am - 6pm, seven days a week, and the fees are as follows:

Inner zone
Up to ½ hour: £1.00
Up to 1 hour: £2.00
Up to 1½ hours: £3.00
Up to 2 hours: £4.00

Outer zones
Up to ½ hour: 70p
Up to 1 hour:  £1.40
Up to 1½ hours: £2.10
Up to 2 hours: £2.80

The City Council also operates a number of 'pay and display' off-street car parks that have charges payable seven days a week. Finally, large car park operators such as NCP and Q-Park also manage a number of car parks across the city centre.
