Countess of Chester Hospital - Car Park 2 & Overspill

Both car parks are crap. Absolutely horrendous, expect people to pay yet don't have any spaces.. sort it out and make a bigger car park to keep up with the ever growing population of Chester, it's a city.. not a village.

Inadequate parking available who ever is getting paid for overseeing this job should be sacked unable to find a park even the overspil for an am appointment. Would be impossible during visiting hours.

Spent half an hour circling round looking for a space with 20+ other cars, gave up after 30mins.

The exit barriers were up so not recognised when you leave the car park. My sister was charged 24 hr parking £7 although she’d only been visiting my dad for 1 hr!! Same again tonight!! Both car parks
