This is an open air car park built on what appears to be on old industrial site. The surface is very uneven and with exposed wire and cut off metal beams it is a trip fest. I had taken my grandchildren to the waterfront to see the Santa Maria replica. Whilst I was paying at the machine, my five year old tripped on the exposed wire and gouged his knee which spoilt our trip because he was no longer interested in the ship. A waste of £2.40

even paying via Ringo youll still receive PCN, whats the point of paying then??? I will take legal action if necessary if PCN is not cancelled

Surfaces not looked after and huge puddles. Terrible signage makes it difficult to use online or mobile parking. Yet you know they will slap a ticket on you if you breath the wrong way. A frustrating experience every time.

Grubby, expensive, needs updating. Surface is uneven and unfinished. Entrance has pot holes and large lump of concrete to drive over. Plus I had to pay more for being a small campervan that didn’t take up any more space than the car next to it. It was taller than the car - was I paying for sky space? Diabolical. Will go to out of town shops.

I had a problem paying due to being unable to read the instructions. However I messaged them and received help after I left. They were very helpful sorting my problem out.

We arrived in a thunderstorm so we sat in the car for approx 10 mins until it passed. I then walked to purchase my ticket. I did not see any signage when driving in to explain i could not keep dry in my car for 10 mins because that would exceed the grace period. This is an unfair charge using a means to dupe tourists

Also will never park here. This is an unscrupulous, unforgiving car park, hiding behind biased out of date parking rules to fine tourists by not providing a means for parkers pay accurate amount before leaving. I was late returning because my 80 year old mother, under unusual heat in the summer of 22 on the 8th August, struggled to walk and I was 10 minutes over their "grace" period. I actually paid an extra amount before leaving which covered a period of time longer that I stayed but they used the "grace period" and small print to apply the fine. The appeals process seems to be a closed cozy club instead of being impartial and looking out or the interests of innocent tourists.

I will never ever park here again, expensive,unclear signage, received a fine the reason trying to drive out on a Saturday after Football the shear volume of cars I was unable to drive out before my time was up!!!
