Exactly the same experience. I parked here on Aug 12th. There were no working machines so I had to pay using the App. It took 30 mins to download and pay due to poor Wi-Fi. A week later I received a fine for £100 which I appealed. I didn’t receive a response to this appeal and I’m now being chased by debt collectors for £170. Disgraceful and unjust. Avoid parking here if possible.

App only no pay machines. Hard to download and pay being the Suffolk coast. Very quick to fine if you exceed there 10 minute "grace period" No actual parking spaces, just a flooded gravel yard when we went. Not impressed with how customers are treated!

Beware of parking here. Long queue for ticket machine. I was sent a £100 parking charge notice for exceeding the Grace period. There was nothing I could do about it!

This car park is a con, I parked there during the summer holidays using my card at the ticket machine. A week later I have received a £100 parking fine with photos of my car entering and leaving the car park. I have appealed the fine and awaiting the result. I did wonder why it was so empty when I parked there.
