Nice to know I am not the only person who got stung at this car park I went for a spa day (clues in the name of the gift) and had no idea of these restrictions on parking times so now I guess I am paying for my Xmas gift spa day with a bit more on top!!!! Won't be going again this is bad for the businesses on here.

I was 13 minutes over the 3 hours parking due to my Type 1 diabetic daughter having low blood glucose levels and I was unable to move her as in the past she has suffered with seizures when she experiences low blood glucose levels. I wrote to challenge the parking fine only to be informed this wasn't an acceptable reason for an overstay of 13 minutes!!! Total disgrace of a company. I will be taking this further as it is disability discrimination. Had my daughter suffered a seizure my overstay would have been substantially longer as she would have required an ambulance and a hospital visit. I wonder what would they would deem an acceptable reason for an overstay.

Disgrace, I went to the pictures which was longer than the time you allow to park, i left the car park 10 mins over to receive a £100 fine. This should not be allowed if you can provide proof of you were using the leisure park. Sort your unfair policy out for people using the car park for the actual festival leisure facilities. I won’t be visiting the leisure park again.

Absolute disgrace this place. Managed by Care Parking and they are ripping people off with a shoddy car park very few signs and was fined £60 pounds for a 32 min overstay, will be £100 if not paid within 24 days No signs up and no warning from the odeon staff that films including trailers that exceed 3hrs will result in these fines Give this place a miss and paste these reviews on every social media site in Blackpool

Went to watch the Bond film on 4th October at the Odeon Cinema Blackpool. I am absolutely disgusted to receive a £60 fine. Daylight robbery!! I will appeal and spread the word!

my daughter and friends went to the cinema then had food, she was 11 minutes over and was fined 100 pounds, disgusting that this is not a free car park when they want you to watch a film and then eat absolutely fuming and they don't deserve any stars but have to leave one so I can leave review

I have been coming to this cinema many years and have been bringing my grandchildren and then visiting one of the eating places. I was shocked to find I have been fined £100.00 for bringing my grandchildren to the cinema on bank holiday Monday. None of the businesses on the park, I used the cinema and macdonalds informed me of this new system. I didn’t see any information any where informing me. I am a pensioner giving the children a treat. It’s a disgrace and a scandal. Something needs to be done as I certainly won’t be back in a hurry. Or doesn’t my business matter!

It is a disgrace to instigatenew parking regulations without clear signs. Went to Frankie and Bennys at the start of the year for a family meal. The food took ages as we were a big table, resulting in us being there just over 3 hours. Weeks later we recieved parking tickets. NO ONE told us in the restaurant this would be the case.

I parked here to watch the avengers and was aware there was a 3 hour limit but you can get it extended if your enter your car registration at the cinema to 5 hours which I did and I still received a 100 parking fine after calling the parking company they told me there was no record of me extending my stay which I did because I knew full well the film was longer than 3 hours the whole things a joke

Absolutely disgusted... Always park on here . Neither myself or my daughter saw any signage whatsoever to alert us to new policies..Went had a lovely meal and watch a film...Nothing anywhere to say about charges.., and if there is they are placed well enough for this ahem company to rob people blind .Rip off Britain at its finest... Hope you suits who of which are laughing your heads off sitting in your ivory towers get what's coming to you..A tossers

Paid for cinema tickets, film wasn’t due to start for an hr so went to swift hound for a bite to eat. Stayed 3.5 hrs in total using the facilities and ended up with a £100 fine. Madness!! I was only visiting Blackpool for the weekend, will never return to this complex, the businesses there will soon go bust. How unfair, conning people on purpose. I didn’t see any signs or I wouldn’t of spent any money using the facilities.

A lovely day , two OAP went to watch a movie at the odeon, then went to Greyhound pub for a meal, this has cost us a £100 fine! Thats ridiculous. How are people supposed to have a nice meal out and go and watch a film in 3 hours? Absolute joke!. Will not be going back there again, something needs doing it else that area will be closing down. I am really upset to come home to find a letter, saying I have been fined £100 or £60 if I pay in 28 days!! I have been to Frankie and Bennies and the odeon several times in the past and new nothing of these new charges!!! Very annoyed and won’t be going back there again now!

I have just received a £100 parking ticket for going over time with blue badge 12 minuits. Just feel gutted. So can't afford that. Was eating in Frankie and Bennies. NEVER going to use any of the facilities again. So wrong yet they get away with this.

Got a parking ticket on this car park that is not fit for pupose. We parked on a disabled bay using blue badge, went to cinema, (aprox 2 hours) came out of cinema, moved the car nearer to Swift Hound pub, went in for a meal, left car park after being on the car park for total of 3hours 18 mins. It has got to be wrong that the time frame of 3 hours max is inadequate for a leisure park and the buisnesses on the park should do something to get the time extended as it is affecting their buisness.

Disgusted as new parking charges have been brought in ... £100 fine received !! Won’t be returning to festival park again and I just hope that the business there don’t lose out on customers due to the parking charges ... odeon cinema and frankie and bennys you’ve lost regular customers !

Absolutely disgusting fining people £100 who are at the cinema and the cinema not informing customers of the new parking rules. Ripping people off !!!! What a scam talk about rogue traders, going to my MP about this .

Money grabbing people. Used to park in the car park to allow us to explore Blackpool. Blackpool going to lose custom now.

Same as above, used to be free for an unlimited time but now signs up everywhere saying customers 3hrs maximum stay. £100 fine, don't know what you do if you go to the gym or a long film at the cinema then something to eat!!!

Always used this car park for walking into the town centre where I work but as of 5th October 2018 they have put new signs up saying maximum stay 3 hours and they have been putting tickets on windshields, such a shame they have been greedy and done this when there are always spaces anyway and town centre employees do not take spaces away from customers.

Parked here a few times for free when visiting Blackpool. Only a short walk to the main attractions.
