Great lift…if slow…when it’s working, which is becoming quite rare.

I could park my car, and it was reasonable. What more do you want from a carpark. Also @ anonymous Dec 7. Rough sleeper? You mean human being who has fallen on hard times. You need to travel more if this is your impression of "3rd world". Sorry it didn't live up to your sterile world view of what a perfect seaside town should provide.

Cost effective, great location with easy access to beach. ANPR system works well so easy ingress & egress. Minor refurbishment work ongoing

The lift from the car park down to Marks and Spencer is totally inadequate to serve it. It is tiny and extremely slow. The stairs down beside it today were stinking of urine and filthy. It felt more like you might experience in a a 3rd world country. A rough sleeper was sitting inside the entrance to the top landing. Other people in the lift were also upset about it. We are considering not shopping in Worthing again.

Great location, cheap, ANPR system works well, and has a lift direct to M&S.

I am appalled at the provision of parking for disabled customers. The disabled bays have been moved from the ground floor (to make way for a car wash area) to the floor above. The spaces are too narrow to enable the safe loading of a disabled person into a wheelchair. There was no means of safe egress from the car park pushing a wheelchair. We had to use the car up-ramp as the lifts do not stop at the half-landing. To add insult to injury we then had to walk past the car wash area where spray from the hoses was a problem. I think you should be ashamed of this treatment of the disabled.

You should make the Disabled area on a level that can be approached by lift on the same floor. Why did you move the Disabled area on the ground floor to make way for a car wash? My mother had to walk down a ramp to get to the ground floor (cars passing her). On our return my mother had to go to the 2nd floor by lift then walk down the ramp to the 1st floor (again with cars passing her). I was not impressed at all by this arrangement.
