We use this car park but also receive parking tickets despite logging the number plate with the station ticket office. APCOA send demands late and then hand to an extremely aggressive debt collector

I cannot recommend this carpark. We use this car park once a week for trips to London. We pay for travel tickets and parking in the station office on the day. We receive a ticket to confirm payment, and record our car registration on a sheet in the office. Nevertheless we received a penalty notice, six weeks after the alleged offence, and there was no way to appeal against this. Letters to APCOA were ignored even though we have proof that we did pay for car parking. We know of other people who have had the same problemThe APCOA website is unhelpful and obstructive to appeals. Use this carpark with great caution and keep all receipts for at least two months.
