Harbour Arm

Payment meter was not working so queued to pay at office. Displayed ticket correctly. On our return both family cars had fines of £60 For not parking correctly in bays. Bays are very narrow & angled along the wall we did our best to park but as other vehicles had made it awkward it was impossible to keep within the marked bays & have room to exit our vehicles with two people with limited mobility & toddlers to get out of car seats. Margate is horrible! Tickets had been issued within 1 minute of us parking! Won’t be returning to Margate

I'm disabled and stopped there to use the disabled toilet... Didn't see a disabled parking space or any signs! Stopped to talk to a local for a quick chat, when I got back to the car I had a ticket from Euro Car Parks! Tried to phone them to complain and it goes straight through to the payment section only - welcome to Margate! You know what I'm thinking right?

Quite expensive car park, prices are higher during weekends and public holidays. However the location is good
