My husband and I liked to visit Chesterfield but never come now as car parking is just so expensive

Very expensive. The machines you cannot see the screen. Its not clear when parking is free after 8 pm - found that on the website. Ground uneven and full of pot holes- what are we paying for??

Very tight parking so be careful as could easily get your door scratched. Price is disgusting as OK near to town but pot holes and unkept and I've not seen security or any likelihood of improvements. With spaces being very narrow I don't view this as a great car park but, it's good if need top of town.) CC

On the edge of the town centre, a few mins to the market. It is opposite the Coop and the pay and display ticket has a coupon for the Coop giving you 2 hours free parking if you spend over £10.
