Got to St Cross car park just about 10.00am left 12.30pm didn't realise I had been charged £9.00 cant find phone number to complain. Not happy. 07979805308 Is the number to ring me as I would love a refund.

Oct 11 2022. Re registered. at office with my new blue badge for free disabled parking. Then drove round to blood clinic and parked there. Have received a £100 penalty notice for parking 47 mins, but 2 photos on the penalty notice show my car going one way along a narrow road with double yellow lines both sides, and then returning in exactly the same place. How does that show that I was actually parked anywhere? When registering the card, the gentleman dealing with it actually said “if you get a ticket just bring it back here”, suggesting to me that this is by far NOT a rare occurrence. I’d like to say to people, don’t get old, don’t get ill, and don’t go to St Cross.

Parked at the hospital with a terminally ill patient who has a valid Blue Badge. Two weeks later received £100 PCN. Apparently, the Blue Badge owner is expected to report to the security office, which is on the other side of the hospital, to register their vehicle to enable free parking. Absolute disgrace.

I thought if I pay by phone that would be evident and less hastle. Ithe took me a very long time to register over the telephone and automatic voice kept asking me to add digits or letters to my already completed number plate. Out of frustration I pressed #then my car number plate was confirmed. However, that was not the end of it. I wanted to pay for tomorrow but it only allowed me to pay from the time of my call! I had to cancel it in the end. If you want technology, then use it well CPP !!!

I used the car park on 11 October for the first time after an appointment with the vascular team. I asked the person in front to show me what to and I completed the process and paid. Today I have received a parking charge notice of £100. I cannot prove I paid as I did not take the receipt. I again have been today for my appointment and paid but this time I took my receipt. My hands are tied as I do not have any proof other than the kind person who showed me how to use the payment machine.

I used this car park yesterday. My partner and I arrived within 5 mins of our appointment time because hospitals have been strict about arriving to early during the pandemic, only to find we need to register at the day unit the opposite side of the hospital. Had my partner arrived on her own there would have been no time to arrange parking before her appointment. As she had just had major surgery and walking is difficult. I decided to pay by phone oh no, no phone signal that's out the window. Then we got through on my partners phone, then telling us to down load an app both of us arent clued up on apps technology, useless. We then decided to pay at the meter for quickness as we didnt want to miss our appointment. I put the vehicle reg in then nothing. It reset. After all this stress I decided to go off to the day unit to try and sort things leaving my partner on her own to deal with her appointment alone, we almost just gave up and left. Nightmare, stressful, and confusing no one to ask for help either.

Disgusting paying to park at a hospital you should be ashamed!, also the paying meters are nowhere to be seen, is that a con so you cant get the 30 mins free parking!
