It's extremely hard to find parking at times. Your better off arriving early and parking on a side street then walking in of possible. You'll get in much faster without having to go around looking for parking for ages. Paying and getting stressed. I had 4 bad experiances in the last 2 years now I always park away.
Worst car park ever. No spaces, no room, adding stress to each visit.
I stayed less than 2 hrs And I got charged £15.00 They said they will refund me and it’s been 6 weeks Not a penny back
Only one word appalling. I had to leave my wife to walk most of the distance. Unable to park, no help from an attendant all I witnessed was £50 threat signs. No clear parking signs.
Had a last minute appointment.. drove round in circles for 45 mins … gave up, missed appointment, came home … doesn’t even deserve one star
had to visit hospital yesterday. family member. Couldn't find a parking space. Drove around for 20 mins , others couldn't find one either. Parked next to the pay machine. As it wouldn't of let us exit. Had to pay £1.50 for no parking space. Terrible
Spent 3 hours visting A&E. The charge was 15 pounds. The tariff is not clearly stated. Felt ripped-off as a patient. Cannot be justified car park service so expensive.
Spent 3 hours visiting my grandson on children's ward and was charged £15 for parking. When I queried the charge, I was informed, car park one charges £15 if your stay is longer than 2 Hours. How can this be justified. I understand it's closer to the main entrance but this doesn't justify the lack of information. It needs to have a large sign with the tariff clearly stated. I would not have expected the tariff to be different from the other car park areas. Very mis-leading I felt ripped off.
I’ve been charged parking fee of £15 and only stayed 4 hours got my receipt and will be taken this further,as if the parking isn’t expensive already so to be overcharged is not good
Having had to visit the hospital twice in 3 weeks I have two bad experiences, the 1st there was absolutely no space near the treatment centre for an early morn8ng appointment, parking was ff site results£ in a fine for exceeding the limit a costly trip, the 2nd a late afternoon appointment, lucklily space by centre, only to discover the machin3 wanted to us3 my payment card rathe4vthan the cash 8 had taken, there were n9 instructions on machine apart from take ticket and ensure book out when leav3, not how you do that resulting in my having been there for 2.5hrs put in registration when wanted to leave, it issued me another ticket which I didn5 want, I entered the original and was charged £4, assumed it had my reg number and I was finished, but no having just looked at my account I have been charged a further £15 for the 2nd ticket as it was over 24 hours, an exceedingly expensive 2 trips, and both fairly intense visits to KGH clinic, not what I needed. Please put clear instructions on machines
