First time at the park. Pouring down with rain and had to faff around paying to park. Unless you have change you have to download an app and register the vehicle before you upload card details then you can pay to park. Not sure why people coming to the centre to pay to do activities should also have to pay to park but even so, it needs to be easier like contactless.

Parked here for less than an hour and paid the full amount and later got a parking fine. Thought it was an error so I challenged it as I still had proof that I paid but it was rejected by both the parking company and the independent appeals service. Basically if they decide to send you a fine you will have to pay it. Do not park here
