Kingdom Shopping Centre

Prking attendance are tickting me for displaying a blue badge in normal bays soz but if no disabled space avaliable I can and even on double yellows if not obstructing traffic .4 tickets in a week hahaha. And when I send you documentation as requested u ignore it and say I havnt replied to you .Well I hope u take it to court or I will this is harassment. The owners off centre should be ashamed and this is going to the press as I cnt even get a phn number to talk to ukp .this is not a private car park as it is open to the public .u are discriminating against wheel chair users etc .shocking and yes all emails photos etc are all over social media etc and litigation pending

I was leaving the Shopping Centre today at approximately 5.30pm to return to my car. As I crossed the Zebra crossing it occurred to me how dark the car park is! There are no light!!! I crossed the road I the car park and tripped on the pavement and fell flat on my left side and shoulder and my right hand. I have no broken bones but was in shock (I am 71 years old). The only other people in the car park were a lady and her 2 daughters who came to my assistance. They were also shocked that there was no lighting. I expect to be very bruised tomorrow and probably in more pain. Is the lighting broken or is there none there. The situation certainly needs to be addressed! I look forward to your comments!!! UKPC car parks are fineing people who's blue badge has run out due to furlough, covid 19 , when fife council are extending run out badge's till dec 31 2020 .
