NO STARS! Very misleading! We were fully prepared to pay for the hours we required but the machine only took payment for the hours up to 6 pm and we didn’t notice the night tariff in much smaller writing underneath, so have received a fine for £60 for the time between 1800 and 1845. Scandalous! DO NOT USE - signage should be clearer and the machine should allow you to pay for the full time you require in one go.

I strongly recommend you don’t use Kyrle street car park. I received a parking ticket after paying over and above for my parking space to attend a hospital appointment. When I appealed the charge and produced an authentication code from my bank to prove I paid generously for a ticket they sent a response letter from Minster Baywatch based in YORK not only demanding money but inferring I lied. This is a PRIVATELY OWNED car park, not a Hereford Council carpark. It’s owned by Brandsby Wilson Group, YORK. They seem to be extracting money from genuine folk.

I strongly recommend you do NOT use Hereford Kyrle Street HR1 car park under any circumstances…. I paid for adequate parking to attend a hospital appointment. I paid for 4 hours parking but left the car park within 2 hours. Within weeks, I received a letter from Minster Baywatch who were falsely demanding money from me for not paying for bough to cover my parking time. Luckily I paid with my credit card and was able to phone my bank for an authorisation code clarifying I complied with parking regulations and had paid generously for parking. My take away from this experience is to use the gov.uk car park search to locate a Hereford council car parks in the area to avoid the harassment of Minster Baywatch.

I would strongly recommend that you do not use this car park. We had a parking charge which they would not overturn. We were visiting our Mother in hospital who has sadly now passed away. This company Minsterbaywatch showed no compassion whatsoever. We had paid for 2 hour’s parking but because the 2 hours was from 17.15 and we left at 18.45 they expected us to buy another ticket from 18.00. They should hang their heads in shame.

Confusing due to glitchy screens which go blank. Took multiple goes. Still fined £120 for 2 parking sessions which were not fully covered. Avoid

I used this car park on 17 October for about 45 minutes. I paid for one hour and returned within the hour. Imagine my disgust when I received a parking ticket . Fortunately I had retained my ticket which proved that there had been a muck up. No apology received of course.To customers using this park the advice has to be retain your ticket for at least a couple of weeks
