My 86 year old mother parked here yesterday to visit my father at Southmead hospital as he has had a severe stroke and may not survive. She returned to find that her catalytic converter had been stolen. The lovely AA man told us that this is commonplace in this car park, so what are they doing about it? How is my mum going to visit my father?

What has happened to the Long Ashton Park & Ride in recent weeks? It's not unusual to have to wait up to 30 minutes (or even an hour) and then 2 come along at once! It's just as bad in the morning when I try to catch the 7.30 bus which gets me into work for 7.45. Invariably, there is no bus in sight and a massive queue of people waiting. I thought the buses were supposed to run every 10 minutes but it seems a bit hit and miss at the moment. i know this is a non-profit making organisation but you are still supposed to be providing a service for which we have to pay. Please return to the fast, reliable service that it used to be. Thanks
