On Friday 18th (early evening) on returning to the car park I realised I had lost my parking ticket and on asking for help I was immediately given a replacement. Hoorah! Then …. My car would not start. On reporting it to the RAC for breakdown assistance, the parking security staff were very kind and understanding. We felt under no pressure by them. After being told by the RAC they that they would be out in two hours for them to help us- they then told us that it would now be a further ‘five hours’. It had to be left overnight, for the RAC to attend in the morning. The security staff couldn’t have been more understanding And helpful. They assisted in releasing the car the next day without extra charge. As a visiting shopper to your area, I would like to thank all concerned.
