The worst car park I’ve ever used. Marshalled in during the morning arrivals but a free for all in the evening when leaving. Cars leaving through the IN entrance causing all sorts of chaos out on the road. A total shambles from start to finish

Brilliant car park with overflow field, we have used it a few evenings now, very friendly chap checking tickets and locking gates, highly recommended

Dreadful parking payment system. I use the parking app all the time but this would not accept that I was in the carpark (as I was in the overflow). Tried to pay by card but the instructions were written so small, and were difficult to read. Finally it said to follow instructions on the pinpad which was 3ft above ground, so even more difficult to read. The queue of people trying to use this stupid, laughable system was horrendous as each person was taking 10 minutes to try to understand it. Pathetic.

Located just opposite the castle entrance and next to the river is really convenient. The overflow carpark will be opened at busy times so the chances of not being able to find a space are slim.

tried to pay for car park by phone email and internet none seam to let you pay . I think they are only interested in making money from Fine's even download a app to pay still blocked from paying been on pc for an hour trying to pay for car park in mill road Arundel . all I get is I'm too far away but my car is there lost key's to move it can't get anyone to answer the phone
