Parked this morning to drop wife off for day surgery and charged £310 why know one about a joke have receipt left at 8.12 am total rip off as 10 mins should be free and wasn’t an hour

Not even parked for more than 30 mins, and charged £3.10 to get of the car park. supposed to be free or only £1.60. Tried calling make a complaint, and they hung up. such an unprofessional company
