New Cross Shopping Centre

Paid £1 in cash, only 70p, didn’t get change. Stayed for less than an hour. Being hounded for a fine, machine wasn’t working. I know so many people who have received unsubstantiated fines here. Think they’re just sending out fines to make money. Businesses losing money cos not being used! Shocking!

It's not worth giving any stars, because this has just sickened me. The only way I can move this forward is if I put a star. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't get one. I received a ticket from this company. First off I didn't know it was a 'private car park', secondly I had my blue badge and thirdly I was parked in a disabled space. I would also like to point out that the elevator wasn't working. In fact it's never working. So how are disabled 'including wheelchair users' supposed to get down to the shops. I received this supposed fine, appealed it, heard nothing for months and I have just received a final demand for £90.

I am expecting a parking fine from this awful place. I Couldn’t see anywhere saying there were charges but I’ve since found out there are. I have a blue badge so I wouldn’t expect to pay anyway and I would have if I had seen a machine. It was dark and damp and I have never felt so uncomfortable anywhere ever. Not even a sign saying where the shops were, I waited till I saw someone carrying a bag and went round the corner to stairs with the only visible sign. First and last visit and when the ticket comes I will appeal it and not pay

This car park isn worthy of a review other than to say it's a dreadful one.my husband of 90 years is of very poor mobility and has a Blue Badge when being taken out.Our son in law very kindly took us and parked in this car park so he could access the barbers for a haircut. He has now received a letter with a fine of £40 to pay.Evidently this car park is run by an ENGLISH company who ignore the SCOTTISH Blue Badge system. This is to the detriment of the Scottish population who have mobility Problems, surely something should be done to rectify this. In principle this doesn't seem fair.

Parked here today got out the car and fell down a massive hole in the car park next to where my car was parked. Didn't feel safe walking to the centre stairway not well lit not good signage and was that frightened to walk back on my own asked a friend to come with me and it was during the day. Left early I would not recommend using this car park if you're on your own or have any difficulties

Over stayed by 6 minutes received parking fine for £40 . Did anyone else pay

Had looked on line had saw as a free parking. Didnt realise and have just got a £40 fine. No evidence to indicate parking fee was due. Wont use that space again!

Pay and display machine was not working and bow received a fine from them its a joke I think they r doing it deliberately to get more money off people

Extremely poor and unprofessional, my 84 year old Dad paid for his parking but the machine didnt give him a ticket, but took the money, sent a £90 fine they didnt respond to emails and and the customer service staff say they just take payments, that they have no office to take your enquiries, also there are no team leaders or managers to speak to ???? Despite trying everything to get a response from them they sent a further demand for £124 to him, causing him so much worry and stress, totally unprofessional company. Fix your ticket machines, before extorting money from the vulnerable.

Their .machines dont work and if you drive straight out you receive a parking fine so beware it happened to me
