I had paid for the time being and received a penalty of 100 GBP as described above.

We paid for an hour and stayed less than 30 minutes but received a fine of £100. We appealed but were unsuccessful as they claim the wrong number plate was entered. On the ticket there is no record of the number plate. The local council should look into this company as it seems many others have had similar experiences.

Same experience as above, fined for staying 3 hrs 45 mins when paid for 4 hours, appealing. Signage is unclear and instructions for card payment don’t make sense.Take care if using this facility.

I paid for 2 hours and left after an hour and 30 minutes but because I only put the last 3 digits of my car reg (as normal in all other car parks) got a fine of £100 reduced to £60 if paid quickly. What a load of crooks, don’t park here!

The ticket machine didn't work and the phone number was wrong and I didn't see the number anywhere for RINGGO. They just want to fine people rather than let them pay!

Yes, I would reiterate the comments made re the operators of this car park. Their practices verge on the criminal and seem more interested in fining you than fair payment for fair usage. Currently appealing a fine, common sense does not apply apparently. Parking Pirates!

Excellent facility BUT be very careful when paying and be especially vigilant when entering a number plate. One small error and it will cost you £60. No leeway, no sympathy and from the administrators of the car park - no let off even for the slightest error on your part.
