We recently parked down here and has since rec'd a fine which I won't be paying as we are in the right, please please please nobody park in Premier park carparks they are bullies and scammers, I was appalled by all the reviews I read, it is sad as its a lovely beach and the people in the Welloe are so nice, I've ticked 1 star only as had to tick one to send a review they don't deserve it

Zero stars. Please please AVOID. Premier Park are complete con artists. They have issued PCNs twice to us on separate occasions here. This time we are suing them. I won’t rehearse the reasons as they are practically identical to others. What I will say is this time we paid but the machine didn’t give us a ticket. As we walked off I even commented that I didn’t want a repeat performance so we paid TWICE. Due to the machines being terrible the first payment was indeed reversed (we later found this out on the banking app). However, because there was a gap between me making the first and second payments, they’ve managed to try to fine us. All explained to them politely via appeal, but they’re simply not interested. I cannot stress enough. Look at the comments and DO NOT park here.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Awful carpark, machine hardly works, returned back slightly late in the evening and received £60 fine. Never known a carpark like it judging by all the 1 star reviews. AVOID at all costs.

Terrible carpark, spent most the day trying to buy a ticket. The machine rejected cash and the card machine wouldn't work as there is poor signal. No option to pay via phone either. Eventually managed to get a ticket, just to get a fine 3 weeks later when I got home. Not a reliable carpark to park in.

Still scamming the public. Paid cash to park for one hour, retuning within. 30 mins and leaving . Received penalty charge notice within a week stating I had not paid , demanding £60 rising to £100 after 14 days. Reluctantly had to pay as I did not hold onto receipt, and looking at previous reviews on here would appear it wouldn’t have made any difference if I had appealed. AVOID AVOID at all costs. Run by a bunch of scammers

Had a parking ticket for £170. They said they had written 5 letters so the charges mounted up. I received only one letter and called straight away. The letter I got said I needed to pay within 7 days before court and a mark on my credit file, it was dated 10th but didn't receive until coming home from work on 17th. They basically said I was a liar who was trying to avoid paying. Very sad that a place that holds special memories has been tarnished by this horrible company.

Avoid, ticket machine was broken, only took change. Paid for 4hrs got a ticket for leaving after 3.

Zero stars. Myself and my partner in one car and my son in another pulled in. Paid £1.50 each per car. Stayed 20 ish minutes. We Do not have the tickets because we used so many car parks over the week that we didn't keep them. My partner and my disabled son have now been sent penalty notices. We have 5 people who witnessed the ticket purchase and we will not be scammed. We will be fighting this. Do not use this car park !!! And from previous reviews this is an ongoing issue and should be looked into as a scam

Zero stars. We paid for an hour, and left 7 minutes before the hour was up - we received a parking fine of £100 or £60 if paid straight away. Thankfully I had kept the ticket, proving payment had been made for our vehicle, and as we paid by cr card, had the cr card statement to prove payment. I appealed straight away and received an email from the company 4 weeks later to say my appeal had been upheld "on this occasion " !!! If you use this carpark, I suggest you keep your parking ticket to be used in an appeal. Better still, find a different carpark!

No stars We parked up at Praa Sands to have a quick snack in one of the bars. The tide was in so we moved our car to this car park as we only stopped for a short visit. Did not realise it was a different company. Should have checked. We didn't keep the ticket so we can't prove it. They have sent to a debt recovery agent and want £170

Similarly wish that I could leave zero stars, and that I had read these reviews before using this car park. We overstayed our parking by a short time and received a £100 fine. The letter said "Whole Period of Parking Not Paid For". There are multiple ways to interpret this reason - we considered appealing on the grounds that we did pay for the vast majority of the time period. It is clear from these reviews that they are a company that are set up to take advantage of honest mistakes by inflicting enormous penalties. Bravo. For this reason, we have decided to bite the bullet and pay the £60 fine, and not give them the opportunity to increase the charge to £100 whilst we appeal. I wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately made their reason ambiguous to allow them to catch out people during the appeal process. I absolutely won't be returning to this car park. I loved Praa Sands, so if anyone here has suggestions for other car parks in the area it would be greatly appreciated!

Received a 60 pound fine for leaving 4 minutes late...put me off returning to money grabbing England.

NO STARS Paid contactless £5 to park for 12 hours on 31/8/22; arrived home 13/9/22 from holiday to find parking fine. Have bank record of payment but of course not kept ticket. From reviews above looks like they have taken my £5 and now plan on getting £60 or £100 on top. Funny - we commented as we left the car park about whether they made more from parking than they would from developing ... Answer's obvious now! AVOID

Just used this car park today 7/9/22 pulled in tried to input my reg to discover half the buttons are worn away so pulled out swiftly then parked a cross the road and paid in other machine no doubt I will get a ticket I won't be returning ever looks well dodgy to me shame its a nice place but never again will I visit

Fraud! Never go there. The ticket machine did neither take my cash (some of the pound coins fell through) nor my credit card. For a 2 hours parking I got a 100 GBP fine +42 GBP fee from the car rental.

Charged gone even though paid car park!! Not impressed -local that will be advising others and not be coming back!

Do not go over your time. Really awkward to pay as cash only. You will receive a £100 fine which will come in an envelope with nothing on the outside to suggest it is anything other than marketing. This is no doubt so that you hopefully don’t open the first one and then have to pay even more. Don’t visit here without plenty of change. Totally out of proportion fines being very regularly issued.

Pulled in for a few minutes with my 101 year father in his disabled car, just to look at the sea briefly, didn't get out and drove off. £60 fine, appeal denied. It was February and we are local. It is disgraceful.Would give it no stars

BE VERY CAREFUL, my son thought he had paid, then weeks later received a fine. Turns out the ticket they gave him stated at the bottom 'This is not a parking ticket', yes he should have examined it but why did they issue it in the first place? - clearly out to scam people.

Run by a bunch of crooks, my friend bought a ticket which I and my wife both witnessed but it did not stop these scoundrels issuing a him excess charge a week after he returned home. As he is being treated for cancer the last thing he needed is these blood suckers after for £60 so he paid up. The ticket was for one hour and we left after 40 minutes so clearly a scam. Will only be going back to Praa sands to give piece of my mind to the so called parking attendants, pity these scumbags are spoiling this beautiful beach.

Parked here on Sept 21st for a couple of hours. The ticket machine wasnt working, although I DID try to pay (as did everyone else in the very full car park) Got a parking fine on my return home. Appealed it to explain machine not working - they wouldnt have any of it. Unfortunately I didnt take a photo of the defunct machine. Certainly will NOT be returning!

I feel robbed…we pulled into the car park at 6.30pm to feed our 2 month year old baby. We did not leave the car and were only there for about 20 minutes, and have paid £60 for the privilege.

I also visited this car park recently, paid for 4 hours of parking, put the ticket in the window fully displayed, returned early after 2 hours and drove home. On arrival at home 2 weeks later, I was sent a parking charge from Premier Park and a photo of my car leaving the car park (no other photos available or any of my windscreen where I displayed the ticket) and told I had not paid. All the picture proves is that I visited the car park. This parking is a scam to fraudulently obtain money from those who visit. You should be aware of what is happening before you use the car park or else keep all parking tickets to send to them on your return in case they send you similar parking charges. I am also aware they have tried to claim that other visitors to the car park have not displayed their tickets when they have.

Rip off merchants! NO STARS

AVOID THIS CAR PARK LIKE THE PLAGUE. There are several other car parks in Praa Sands. Use those. We parked here one day, paid exactly what we were supposed to, displayed our ticket properly etc Only 2 days later we received a penalty notice saying that we hadn't paid. Fine of £100. Total rubbish. It turned out we had accidentally input the car registration number into the machine wrong. We immediately appealed, explained the situation, providing proof that we had paid, that it was a genuine inputting error. They would have none of it. Our appeal was denied. Absolutely unreasonable people. Don't use this car park. Support someone else not this corporate beast. I would like to give no stars but to leave a review I am forced to give at least one. But they don't deserve it at all

Great car park . Cash only . 6 campers that have paid for 24hr parking for £8. Great price , great location , great beach and clean toilets in the other smaller car park £5 for 8 hrs bargain
