Nowhere even close to enough parking. Sainsburys is nearby but you can only stay there 2 hours. Looking for a space adds stress to an already stressful experience.
We have had to attend the hospital twice in the pass week and have a blue badge and at least 6 space are taken up workman and their equipment in the disable bays which is totally Unacceptable there are not enough disable bay as it is and has cost us £8 because not knowing how our visit to the clinic will take and unable to use our badge
My husband arrived at the PRU at 8.15 to find the few disabled bays had all been taken. He was forced to go to the Sainsbury’s car park to find a disabled bay otherwise, even though he has a blue badge, he would have had to pay. Need many more spaces for disabled drivers.
Downloaded PaybyPhone app as husband was admitted and couldn't get out to top up parking. I did it from home and every time you top up you are charged an additional 30p fee admin charge even though through an app. So far today until I was able to collect car cost £8 just disgusted that on top of parking fees you are changed even more!!
bought 4 tickets in under 24 hours charged me in excess of the £8. For under a 24 period. When maximum fee is £8
No where near enough spaces to park
Waste of time parking at the princess royal hospital car parks cannot park in the one by the chartwell Unit unless you get there before 7am and your lucky if there's 1 space left for visitor parking I have seen hospital staff coming out to get another parking ticket to put in there car in the visitors parking bays with a larger present age of the car parks restricted to staff parking I would have thought there would have been enough restricted parking for them
