Parking is not enough, after two hours get ready to pay a penalty.

Good place for shopping but the 2hr limit on parking is not enough if several shops are visited

I saw a car driver cover his number plate yesterday with a cloth just by the entrance to this carpark, drive in then uncover it.

Sprained my ankle in the gym, went over the parking limit by 16 mins as I couldn’t drive straight away, had my appeal rejected. Absolute joke.

Went gym parked up and received a parking fine what a load of crap will not park there any more. They need to be more clear with signage or put a pay and display after you’ve exceeded your free time.

Excellent place for household shopping. But the car park maximum stay is only for 2 hrs which is not enough at all. I did my shopping in Dunelm and then bought some stuff from Currys and then kids have their meals from burger King and we stayed over 2 hrs ,it was my first time visit. And received ticket for £60. Its ridiculous. Then i approached the manager in Currys he is so helpful and generous young man, I explained him the whole scenario and showed him all my receipts . He then contacted the Parking ticket company and help me to cancel my ticket. Some people take disadvantage of this car park but for genuine shoppers like us is not good. I requested the Euro car park please extend the time atleast for 3 hrs or pay display is good option.

Near the shops excellent But... 2 hours max parking?.If I want to enjoy the shopping experience there, forget it. By the time I've done a shop in Lidls I'm clock watching. A quick look around Dunelm I might just manage, but as for having a coffee in their nice cafe, forget it. Don't even think about Currys, I was in there over 2hours last year trying to buy a laptop, staff had to contact Parkopedia to stop my fine being implemented. Nobody is winning here, businesses or customers.

I use these local shops often, Curry's, Aldi and Dunelm and find myself clock watching all the time .It can take almost 2 hours in Aldi, if I want to go to Dunelm there is no time to look around and stop for a coffee or lunch. Surely the shops are losing out on business and shoppers who want to support their local shops can't enjoy a bit of a break...please rethink the time allowed to park here and other retail car parks, or am I right in thinking it's a money making exercise, knowing shoppers will most likely go over their time and incure charges.

Shopped in Lidl then Dunelm had a bite to eat in their cafe after shopping which has now cost me £65 . Surely the shops will suffer as I for one wont shop there again.

Received a parking charge for overstaying by 35 minutes. 2 hours is not enough for a retail park with several retailers & signage is not clear enough. Fuming.

Parked here for less than 4 hours on a Sunday morning before the 11am opening time - so am seriously confused as to why I received a ticket in the post 10 days later

Feb 26, 2019

Parking states 4 hours on here but Euro Car Parks have changed the free parking to 3 hours maximum. I parked there twice for under 4 hours but more than 3 hours twice in a week and received two penalty notices through the post. Didn't think to check the signs in the car park as I know it used to be 4 hours and I checked Parkopedia before leaving so thought the info would have been accurate.
