Came down here for work and seen no signs whatsoever no machine i thought it was free and got fines for £105 as i was in hire car and £45 administrative fee. Total scam

Very poor car park, licence to print money. Visited local restaurant at 7pm on a Saturday night, dark and lousy weather always parked for free at this time of night!! Received fine 2 weeks later. Avoid this car park , unfortunately local trade will suffer.

Thought blue badge holders were allowed 3hours?? Not in private car parks. Disgusted,as others say I would t parktnere again

We too used the carpark from 7-10pm. Arrived in dark, poor signage and just had to pay a £100 fine, £60 if paid early. SO annoyed! Avoid this area.

Very poor - very quick way if making money from unsuspecting drivers! Disabled parking is normally enhanced, very poor signage. Not good as not clear how to pay either! Will not use car park again and will advise others not to either

No stars!!! Went to an event in nearby restaurant, a week later received a parking fine! Car park was pitch black and no clear signage that said I needed to pay. So angry! Complete con merchants, thieving low lives!! Never parking there again! This car park was always free in the evenings.

I understand Waitrose will say this is a facility for Customers but forgets about supporting local Business, Shopped in store went for a Drink returned 2 hours 15 mins £ 60 Won’t use Waitrose Again !!

I am a Blue badge thought I could park in disable bay I am 80 years old I see no sign could of just parked on the road This is a choice now between eating or parking the fine

Absolute disgrace. It gauls me to give them one star. Now been issued 2 parking fines from this place. Very unclear signage -completely designed to trap people. Shameful. Never parking here again.

Parked here in the evening to go to a local restaurant, just as I have done for years. Waitrose was closed but I still got a fine because the new charges had been introduced and are 24/7. Totally designed to trap people. Haven’t been back since, so the stupid car park has cost local businesses a loyal customer.

Awful signage stick there £60 fine

Saw no parking meters writing on sign which was high up on wall very small. New parking was free for Waitrose. Parked went to 2 shops. Then received a charge for 2 hours 33 minutes. I appealed no joy. Drove down to look around see new signs put up. Absolutely disgusting Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I’m a local so become used to parking here for free. Apparently it’s now all changed but signage is so very unclear and now I have £60 fine for being 20 mins over. Absolutely outrageous.

Absolutely awful and so unclear. Parked in the evening, spent 15 minutes trying to work out how to pay because I couldn’t see anything about how long you could stay there, only that you had to pay. Couldn’t find out how to pay, a local told me it was free. 4 hours later after playing a gig in the local pub I had a £60 fine. They won’t accept an appeal either. Absolutely awful.

Saw some new pay for parking signs. Couldn’t work out what was I supposed to do. Unlikely to go to Waitrose if I have to pay for parking.

Went to go to bank and looked at sign - unclear sign about parking charges so left car park

Signs in car park say to pay methods defined by signs in the car park. Searched car park for method of payment or sign telling how to pay. Gave up. and went to Lidl

Very confusing. People were asking each other as to the rules.

Am very confused by the signs which ask for payment but there is no scale of charges or a machine.
