Increase outrageous will be loosing another customer. Car park empty every day. I wonder why.

It is absolutely outrageous that, during the middle of a pandemic with the High Street on its knees, East Suffolk Council decides to increase a season parking permit from £240 to £650... an increase of nearly 200%... the very organisation that should be supporting the town is actually killing it... and they are accountable to no one... Be very interested to see how many season tickets are sold... considering the car park now appears to be almost empty... I guess none. Shame on you...

I run a small business locally & use this car park daily. My season ticket has been increased from £240pa to £650pa. This is an outrageous hike and all in the midst of a pandemic when every business is struggling. Stupid decision and you can see now the car park usage has gone down. Will not be renewing my annual ticket

Normal tariffs now apply to blue badge holders but with double the time purchased when a valid pay and display ticket is displayed alongside a valid blue badge.

Some of Suffolk Coastal's car parks have parking bays allocated for use by motorcycles only. Charges are waived if these bays are used for motorcycle parking. Charges do apply, however, if any other parking space within a pay and display car park is used.
