impossible to get in touch with customer service, long waiting time and expensive call charges. As soon as your journey goes out of plan - you are in a big trouble

Bunch of robbers who debits your card for the wrong days and then refuse to make a refund. Impossible to get in conatct unless you are prepared to pay £1.53 p.m. from a landline. Mobile costs more. Use this company at your own risk.
