I went on this site trying to find out how i can pay by paybyphone. And under the prices it states that disabled is free. Well thats totally a big fat lie, because all around the building the parking signs say there is no concessions for disabled and they have to pay i think someone is trying to pull a fast one.

So expensive and there is only 1 payment machine. Next time I think id just prefer to sit at home a die.

On last occasion spent 20 minutes trying to find a space. First (emergancy) visit spent 10 minutes trying to find a payment meter there seems to be only one operational on a three acre site. WARNING: hold on to your ticket for at least three months after parking there- Parking Eye have twice (out of six visits) incorrectly accused me of an overstay, luckily I had held on to my valid tickets to prove them wrong. I wonder how many others weren't so fortunate to have held on to them?

I spent 30 min to look for a parking . I found staff parking, emergency parking, disabled parking and radiotheraphy parking, but not parking for me.

Ratings not relevant because I have not parked there yet BUT I am told (because I asked specific questions) that: 1 the multi storey has a height limit of 5'8" 2 that the car parks currently in use for patients are being closed on 15th January - but there will be an alternative, but space is likely to be tight. Hope that helps

if you are going to a hospital it's usually for a good reason. to be changed £3 an hour is a bit mean...

Green badge permits

Disabled parking near the West End of London

The green badge scheme runs in conjunction with blue badge permits

If you have a  blue badge you can still park in the green badge zone, but only in the blue badge parking bays, or in shared use loading/disabled bays (between 6.30pm and 8.30am daily and all day Sunday).

If you hold both a green and blue badge you can also park in green badge bays and shared use loading/disabled bays, as well as residents’, metered and pay-and-display bays, provided they are not suspended

As with the blue badge, you nominate up to three vehicles in which the green badge can be used in. You can use your green badge in any one vehicle at a time, and only on the days that you indicated on your green badge application form.

The green badge scheme operates near the West End of London, a heavily congested area with high demand for parking spaces. In this part of the borough the blue badge is only valid with a green badge.

Where is the green badge zone?
