I parked here for 40 minutes on a Sunday 14th Jan, so £1.50 all day. I recall leaving and paying at the machine. I requested a receipt and entered my mobile, but no receipt sent and no confirmation of payment received. I then received a £60 fine PCN. I appealed and they refused and want £100. I’m going through the appeal process. No money taken from my account. Take a photo of you paying the ticket when using this car park!

Awful car park - avoid! I couldn’t park so drove out and I got fined for doing so. Tiny spaces and beyond poor customer service.

Apalling. No instructions how to pay at all. When you do finally present your card it does not tell you whether you have paid and goes back to the reg number screen, so I ended up paying twice. Absolute disgrace.

Mid afternoon 21 June 2023. Payment machines in the carpark are all covered/not working. Had to ask others where the payment machines were - they are by the lifts in the main shopping area. Payment by card only, no statement about the protection of personal data. The payment machines do not confirm that payment has been completed or failed. When I asked for a receipt I was told to input my phone number. Many others looking around to find out how the payment "system" is supposed to work. No option to give a negative star rating.

All machines out of order, no signs up, no one answering phone, no way to pay.

Machine not working properly on last 2 occasions I've visited. No out of order sign displayed. Had to find another machine. Need more machines installed.

8 pounds for all day and doesn't accept card or notes. No change given also. Joke of a car park!
