Can't praise the help of the men based in the multi storey car park enough.. Husband been in hospital a good few weeks and the staff at the car park have been very helpful and courteous when I've been purchasing weekly car park passes. Nothing too much trouble for them Thank you very much.

visited on the Friday 18-18-06-21. on leaving entered my car reg machine said £3.20 to pay. presented card contactless. produced a ticket that said void transaction. other people seemed to be having the same problem. there was a man opening the barrier and when I approached him and asked about the ticket he said no problem just come up to the exit I then collected my car went to the barrier and the man took my reg number and lifted the barrier. I have just checked my bank statement online only to discover that £6.20 is to be taken from my account. It appears to me that when this companies payment machine fail they charge you an additional £3.00 to let you out. Rip off merchants.
