I recently attended the RVI. I was able to find a parking space on level 5. When I came to leave, I asked about payment machines I was advised machines were on level 4 & 5, but when I went to pay, I was unable to find any signage to say pay here as you would expect machines to be on all entrances/exits to the stairs/lifts. So, I drove to the exit and was advised by a very rude attendant the machines were on level 4 & 5 on the hospital entrance side of the car park. Being neurodiverse I found the whole thing overwhelming. Better signage would be helpful or a payment machine near the exit or in all stair wells like other multi-storey car parks.

Absolutely disgraceful to charge £18 to visit an unwell relative!

Returned to car at 1620 hrs to find stationary traffic trying to exit the car park...and I was on level 9 (NINE). After waiting 1 hour 20 minutes and moving a magnificent 1 car length, I made enquiries with the Police, then the car park security staff who said it was a traffic issue on Queen Victoria Road and I just had to wait (with my disabled wife). Eventually, approx 1815 hrs a Euro Car Parks security man attended and spoke to a number of drivers. On attending my car, I wound my window down and he told me it would be another 1 hour 30 mins to exit the car park from this level (9 still). I courteously enquired if the police could be called to conduct traffic control since the problem appeared to be out of sync temporary traffic lights. He replied "Not a Police issue".When I queried this, he stuck his hand up and said "I'm walking away, I'm not dealing with you" And true to his word...he walked away! After another 45 minutes, I exited your car park. Whole incident poorly managed, shame on you.

You could end up going all way to the top. Still no spaces and no turning space at the top for when it's all full. Trying to do a 3 point turn in anything larger than a fiesta is impossible. Nightmare in a Torness. They need taken to task on the prices. Only 1 star as no option for a 0

A disgrace to hospital parking! Probably the most expensive in the country it should be illegal to charge people that!

Very expensive. I went as an outpatient. It has doubled in price since my last visit. Nothing to forewarn of the increase. Absolutely disgusting.
