Worst in the whole world Deception, unpleasant Avoid at any cost, don’t shop at Sainsbury’s Bromley because of their car park

Spent £25 in sainsbury's and under the 2 hour slot for free parking. To say it's clearly marked is rubbish. When did validating a ticket suddenly start it doesn't happen in my local sainsburys in Lee. Europarks should be ashamed!

Even one star is too much for the money oriented car park!! Shame on you!!! I am new to local and have done my shopping in Sainsburys and there is no sign to indicate the customers to validate their parking! Here we go, a fine came in to my post! How disappointing and disgusting is that!!! No more shopping in Sainsburys Bromley any more!!!

Not free after 7pm. Maximum 2 hours now. No detail states this obviously on signs.

I stoped for 5 min in a disable place because my autistic son needed to use toilet.The guy who gave me the fine saw me rushing into the toilet with my son, and after 5 min, he gave me a fine. Absolutely ridiculous and with NO empathy. Never shopping in shopping again.

Car park very near shop so easy to take trolley right to car.if you use this car park you will get a fine no matter how long you stay or if you get a receipt and register it at one of the machines if you can find one that’s Woking.I am just paying my 4th fine. I will be shopping at tescos from nowon

I’m not local, but have parked when shopping here on many previous visits; when I saw the barriers were up, I assumed (!) there was a fault. 2 weeks later, £80 fine! Apparently you are supposed to get you Voucher Validated……. What voucher? Where?

I spent over £10 in Sainsbury's and stayed less than 2hrs, I was shocked & disappointed to find I was FINED for parking. I won't be going into Sainsbury's again!!

It used to be free after 7pm but now they have sneakily changed to a 2 hour limit without much warning so people should appeal or ignore as they have no real rights like courts do

They changed from a barrier when parking was £2 refunderball if £10 spent. Euro car park took over in 2022. Went wrong in Feb/March 2023 so free parking until Euro changed the machines but they didn't tell the customers you had to validate your vehicle FULL registration number. It was previously last 3 figures of your reg. This was unforgiveable. So many customers got caught, Euro car park are just money making.

Got a fine from Euro car parks after shopping in Sainsbury's on Good Friday 7 Apr when the Sainsbury staff told me that the machines were not working a didn't need a voucher to validate the parking that day. Extremely disappointed with both the shop and the car par not talking to each other! It makes me not want to shop at Sainsburys in Bromley anymore.

We received a fine after making a dash to Sainsburys bromley to purchase some essentials for a relative in hospital. We are not from the area and had no idea. Maybe barriers to make people aware would be fairer. Yet Another way to tax people in the UK!

Extremely unhelpful. Changed the system, didn't make it clear, customers being fined despite spending money in store

If you are sainsburys customer spending £10 or more you get free parking. Which is a plus, this is up to 2 hour maximum
