I am disabled and at customer services was told if I left my number plate with them I had 3 hours.I have received charges of £85 as I was over the 2 hours but under the 3hrs I was told I had. You have to appeal on line , not possible for all. So I feel forced to pay.very unfair.

I parked on level 4B and it stated clearly that this charge for the day was £5. I paid £18 and when I asked the man at the barrier he just said I should have pressed the help button and walked off rudely. Useless but clearly the company don't care - they like to rip off people and no-one answers the phone either

I lost my parking ticket and pressed e buzzor fr some assistance. I was answered by a very rude man hat just laughed at me and demanded £5 as a fine. My two year old daughter and I had to walk all the way back into the store where a customer services assistant wrote out a slip. We walked all the way back and presented the note to the irate looking euro parking staff member. I will never return, nector card cut up, Morrisons will get the £800 a month that I spend on groceries.
