So bad you have to wait 30 minutes when you come out of Chelmsford station Not the 10 minutes advertised I will not be using again Rubbish service are a hard day at work

Since the change to the route its been a nice addition to jump on the 17.03 from chelmer to sandon... that's when i can that is. Several times i have left my office in plenty of time only to see it go thundering past me which means that the bus is early. If a bus is running early why is your policy not to wait for passengers until the correct timetable time? Trains do!

service should run every 10 mins. In evening rush hour forget that - 7 out of last 8 journeys is a minimum of 25 min wait. service not fit for purpose and should be prosecuted under trade description act as advertising a schedule that is pure fantasy. I don't know anyone who hasn't complained about the new route. Driver advised that in rush we get there when we get there as it is not possible to run every 10 mins. Please change your website to reflect that you will probably have to wait up to 30 mins for a bus not 10 as advertised. If you are going to run a poor service at least be honest

Machines would not accept new 5 note and I had nothing more. Man at kiosk reluctantly changed it for coins and advised should have right money! Also advised will be only 2 machines soon when in rush hour is not sufficient especially as majority of the time they do not work properly. At 3 pound per passenger, would be more favourable per car. Will consider train if no improvement.
