dont know yet used car park before great but this time no spaces so had to leave and dont know if i will get fined for not paying rsb

The displayed notices say that by entering the car park, you agree to abide by the conditions, and that 'by parking, waiting or otherwise remaining in this car park, you are entering into and are bound by the terms of the Parking Contract. This includes making the required payment and entering your vehicle registration details.' Minster Baywatch may apply to the DVLA for your registered vehicle keeper details and share that data with third parties, 'police and security organisations'. So beware: don't enter the car park unless you intend to park and pay the required amount. If you drive in, drop someone off, and drive out, or wait for a few minutes (e.g. to answer your phone) you may well end up being fined £100. Big Brother is watching you!

I would strongly suggest you do not use this car park. The company who run it (Minster Baywatch) have set up a highly technical system designed to get you. I have received a parking fine notice for £100 for an 18 minute period when I dropped something off at a charity shop while my wife waited in the car. They use ANPR to show you entering and leaving and presumably if you haven't put your registration number in the machine, it knows you haven't paid. I wonder what would happen if you drove in, found there wasn't anywhere to park, so drove out? Or if you changed your mind about parking there? I can't challenge the fine but I will never use this car park again. It's an automated system so it doesn't rely on having someone going round to check if you've paid, or outstayed.

Just received a PCN saying I didn't pay the full amount on a recent visit. "Evidence" shows the times I entered and left the car park. I paid in cash so I can't prove what I paid now, but equally they haven't proved that I didn't! (I did, BTW)

I parked in Disabled Bay with my blue badgers as I drive seated in my electric wheelchair. This was as we attended a show at LoughboroughTownHall. I believed I was correct in Parking free with my blue badges. BUT..... I've received a £100 parking fine stating "Parking Fee covering duration was not paid in full". So, Disabled Drivers Beware if attending a show as you do not know what time the show ends, which of course dictates the time you leave, especially as getting back into the car is also time consuming. This has spoilt what had been a happy and rare night out for me & my husband, who also uses a manual wheelchair. ALSO to challenge this can take up to 15days for a response BUT that makes the fine payable in full if not resolved quickly!!!! I'd like an explanation from MinsterBaywatch but that will go over the 15day payment discount period..... so can't win!!!!!!

Issued parking fine to state i had not paid sufficient amount and the evidence provided was me entering and exiting the car park within hour. No actuall solid evidence showcasing that i had out stayed my time frame. I had made payment. I have contested the fine. I await to hear.

Users beware, signage unclear about stay duration. £6 all day means to 1800 after that pay an additional £1 for the overnight. Worked at a show and a lot of us were caught out. Location is very handy however.

Issued me with a parking fine when I had actually paid and displayed! Park elsewhere, I suspect I'm not alone in this.

Pay and display and pay by phone. Simple convenient parking right in the town centre. Friendly car park attendant too.

I use every day.. I don't know how the above can say it's expensive (see tariff). I don't understand why a car park needs morals and no cctv is normal for a small place. It's bog standard really, but given it 5 stars just to counter the nonsense above.
