Paid to park on 19/12/21, left about half an hour before my time was up, today I received a penalty notice, it's on their own app that I have paid, this actually beggars belief, avoid !!!

Used the car park on 18th Dec 21, paid via the app upon leaving, received a parking fine on 31st Jan. I have the VAT receipt from the app and my credit card receipt, which I've had to submit online to 'appeal' the decision. I left the car park 24 minutes before my parking expired! Waste of my time having to mess about trying to prove my innocence, when they have the information on their system. Furious is an understatement!

Since they moved to ANPR and did away with the staff it has gone downhill. My car was badly damaged and a friend had the exhaust stolen! Secure car park .... I don’t think so!!

If you go to the cinema (odeon) validate your ticket there and you get 4 hours free parking. Also puregym members get 2 hours free parking (put ticket in machine near puregym exit)

This was a great car park, we now use the £12.00 a week pass for seven days and my son takes the student pass for five days at £7.50. I think this is the best offer in coventry.
