Suppose to be free for up to an hour like it states on the signs but you have to pay 50p even if you’re only there for 15-20 minutes.

This car park is supposed to be free for up to an hour, but to get this you have to scan a QR code and enter your reg number. This then asks you to pay for the "free" parking. It's a scam.
