St. Catherines Retail Park

Received a fine for being parked there over the 3 hour time limit in June 2021 Appealed the ticket and got no feedback Now 18 months later got a letter saying that I had 4 days to pay £170 or go to court. Ridiculous.

Got fined for staying at Tim hortons when there was no time indicating it was apart of smart parking and probably will receive another fine in a few weeks as I was at Tim hortons again a week ago, don’t go there for a coffee and to relax or you will get a £60 fine as well as worrying over time

These people are thieving gangsters. Somebody else has said that there are no signs giving limits or charges. Don't shop on that retail park. I wont be going again. Shops will lose trade.

I got a parking fine for 'parking longer than the maximum period'. The fine is £100. Reduced to £60 if I pay quickley. Neither I nor my carer saw any warning notices about charges. I am disabled and have a blue badge. Shopping does take longer. Theres nothing online about charges. We were there from 13.40 till 17.00 apx. We visited three stores. Euro Car Parks are bullying thieves.

No signage in place to warn people that they will be fined if overstaying 2 hours. Received a £60 fine for being over the 2 hour period. I was in a disabled space and had a wheelchair user with me. Will not be back.
