Don't park at this car park ticket machines are not maintained and are often broken .there is a high risk of getting a fine .

AVOID !! Parked ,paid for ticket using bank card.Machine stated transaction finished,Completed.Sent a £100 fine .please avoid this car park. .

Parked here paid for my ticket and still received threat of £100 fine

Parked here to go to the gym I punch my number plate at the gym and still got fine two times absolutely disgusting they are scammers !!!

Not even worth one star. Turned into this car park on Saturday. They did not have the low ceiling so do not reverse onto this space notice for this particular area of car park. Windshield is now shattered and has put a spanner in all the errands we need to do and pick up ppl from the airport. Has turned out to be a very costly problem. No thanks to the mgmt of this car park who skimped on the sign board

I have parked here twice in the space of a week (3rd and 9th November) both times I paid for parking and yet both times I have received the £100 fine. £200 pounds worth of fines in a week, on the run up to Christmas and when families are struggling, is absolutely shocking. Even more so when you have paid the parking charges…

Parked on the 4th November for a hospital appointment paid at the machine as said before no ticket issued but said payment accepted. Bloody received a £100 ticket. Won't rush back

Can’t even give it one star. Parked in a disabled bay with disabled badge clearly visible and got a fine for £100. No point in appealing after seeing the rest of the reviews.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ticket machine wasn't working and didn't give me a ticket but said on the screen PIN OK so assumed ticket had gone through. Received a parking ticket of £100, appealed but was unsuccessful. Tried to pay the ticket the following day when checked bank statement and realised it hadn't gone through, you can't speak to anyone when you call up, St George's Shopping Centre and Gravesham Council also didn't want to know! Would avoid parking here now! Same thing happened to a family member!

Misunderstood the sign. I thought no concessions apply for disabled badge holders means that no payment is needed. It actually means no discount for disabled badge holders. Genuine mistake and fined £100. Disgusting way to treat a vulnerable person

Paid £2 for four hours left after 1 hour 46 minutes and got £100 fine how does that work? No ticket to prove it as I keep a clean car. Absolute crap not worth one star

Yet again another disabled driver gets a ticket in the st georges shopping ctr car park, gravesend. Reading the payment boards which clearly states 'no concessions' I have appealed, don't use this car park if disabled.

I’m a disabled badge holder. The sign clearly stated that disabled badge holders were free but I received a fine in post. Appeal rejected because they said disabled badge holders were not free! Perhaps they should read their own signs.

Avoid, classic private car park run by a bunch of cowboys. Any excuse to make £100 off of an honest mistake, but dont worry if you appeal it itll only take 6 months for a response.

such a steep fine for a simple mistake. was 20 mins late leaving the place, now owe 100 pounds!! thats pretty steep for such a short amount of time.

Don’t park here machines don’t always accept card details so you get £109 fine. That’s how they make there money.

No been here after 7pm before didn't understand or see the parking board for after 7pm then fined a £100! disgusting! Worst parking in gravesend by far!

I agree with review above the parking charge fees are disproportionate to hourly rate. Not having been here often I mis understood charges board and thought sundays were free. £100 fee reduced to £60 is extremely heavy handed for a genuine mistake!

Dont go here! On the day of Storm Doris and due to circumstances beyond my control i was 20 mins late leaving on a 6 hour ticket, and was fined £100. My Popla appeal failed and now I owe them £100...for 20 minutes!! Unfair, at least if you get a PCN from the council its only £25 if paid within 14 days. This is an unfair system, not like the previous system where yo paid for parking upon your return. Even if you lost your ticket it would have been maybe 20 quid. These are scamsters, stay away, I know I will never park here again!
