St Helens Hospital

Car park is fine...its one of the attendants I have an issue with,I was parked in a disabled bay next to the hospital entrance when a car pulled up at the back of me blocking me from reversing out of my space. On looking at the said car I noticed that the driver had got out and gone into the hospital,leaving me stuck and four cars backed up behind her waiting to move on. All the time this was happening the carpark attendant stood watching and chatting to a friend..not a word was said to the driver when she returned to her car and who obviously thought she had the right of way to do that...this left me very frustrated as that attendant is there to do a job...obviously one he chooses to do as and when it suits him.
