St. Mary's Island (North)

Had a good day planned which started at St. Mary's Island. Was quite prepared to pay but couldn't. WHY? because they don't take cash. There was a much younger person than myself having problems trying to pay by phone/card and I thought if she's got problems then I'll be there all day. I can cope with cash at a car park so why is this process denied us older people. We carried on up the coast enjoying our day at Seaton Sluice, Blyth and Newbiggin. There is a growing trend of car parks going cashless. This is causing problems for people of a certain generation. Shame on you

Card payment only!!!!!!!! Not every one has a mobile or card to pay in this way, especially older people. We also pay enough in all those taxes you rob from us, so parking should be free!

Not everyone has a credit card with them !

Rubbish council what about us who don't have mobiles.it should be free for nct residents.

Card only parking not everyone carrys their cards on day out including the elderl. Not good at all

Arrived armed with change for car park to find card only payment. Lots of angry people and disappointed kids!
