Expensive. Insufficent disabled parkings spaces, they are always full. No main car park concession for disabled. No 'season' ticket for daily visits to dying patients. Badly placed drop kerbs for wheelchairs, obstructed by toll gates, not aligned for crossovers, not enough. Terrible for the disabled.
