I parked in there yesterday and went to collect my car today, the station is closed and the parking payment machine outside is broken. I now cannot get my car out. I've been looking for help number to no avail and meanwhile my daily charge is going up. Not Happy at all.

Parked for the 20 minutes free but unfortunately we were 1 minute late and had to pay full £12 . Shame there isn't the option for a one hour charge at a reasonable rate.

I appreciate others may find this car park expensive and Avanti should have a rail ticket discount scheme? I rate it 4 stars because it has three EV Charging points operated by Charge-my-Car. So I use at weekends paying £5 for all day which charges my car fully for £1 for the charge!

I would not recommend this car park if your just popping into town it cost me £12.00 for 1hour 44minutesI am a disabled bage holder and have no problem paying my way but come on £12.00 it took me ages to get on it as it was saying full but I counted 6 disabled spaced I called for assistance some one came to check my badge and let me in.Better payment signs needed!!!!! I have used before but never payed this amount. Beware

FAR too expensive for students!!? There needs to be a ‘Student Rate’......we cannot pay £22 for a weekend!! That’s 1/2 our money for the week gone! It’s also irresponsible to suggest students park in cheaper nearby car parks, because this involves a walk in the dark, late at night in unlit areas, which is unsafe especially for young

Great carp park, the only challenge is sometime if you arrive late-ish (after 8am) it can be full and its a long walk from alternative car parks which means you need to arrive at least 40 minutes early if you have a fix ticket
