HES are all about what can’t be done - a classic example of jobsworths employed by an institution with no idea how to serve anyone other than themselves.

Great! As a visitor to Stirling we wanted to park at the castle to stroll around nearby. Guess what? There were about 10 cars in the car park but we couldn’t park there (as monitored by a jobsworth parking attendant) because we hadn’t pre-booked parking. And they want attract visitors ? Forget it!

After seeing Scottish travelers being harassed by HES staff and then calling police for people visiting the grounds pathetic 3times in 2 week HES has over offended the Scottish people
